Moorsimplyis the invention of two friends, Enrico and Diego, who share a love for the sea and sailing.
Passion, experience and inventiveness pushed the two friends to imagine a system capable of simplifying mooring procedures.
That is how we created Moorsimply, the smart tool for docking in a simple, autonomous and fast way.
Enrico Scozzari
CEO e Founder
Born in Rome in 1969, he is a sailing enthusiast always looking for an innovative project to dedicate himself to.
A former State Police operative, in 1996 he graduated in Law at La Sapienza University in Rome, then started a collaboration with the prestigious Capitoline law firm Colambumbo.
In the following years, he invested in metal constructions, invested in metal constructions.
Since 2000 he has devoted himself to visual communication and the creation of flags and related supports. In 2004 he patented Hercules, a flagpole with an innovative anti-rolling device of the drape on the flagpole itself, which earned him in the following year recognition in the European arena and the 2005 Innovation Award. His entrepreneurial activity continues and is enriched by his various experiences and continuous travels, until 2013, the year that marks another milestone in his career. In that year he won a project tender for Ikea by inventing Kingpole, a 12-meter flagpole designed to be transported in 3-meter parcels. Sold in thousands throughout Europe, it has been installed in all the most prestigious locations including the Quirinal Tower, the Capitol, historic buildings, embassies, and headquarters of international organizations
A new year, a new innovation. In 2014, he patented the "Bright Flag", a patented product recognized as an industry innovation in the European arena. In 2017 he embraces the cause of sustainability. With the RESOLgreen project, he works on 100% zero-impact construction, both in terms of materials and production processes.
In 2021, in collaboration with his friend Diego Occari, he founded Moorsimply.
Diego Occari
CFO
Graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Verona. He was an officer in the Italian Navy and was discharged in 2000 with the rank of midshipman of the Port Authority.
After his experience in the service of the State, he worked at the Chair of the Law of Financial Intermediaries at the University of Verona.
At the same time, he started working at Studio Sergio Scanferla & Associati in Padua andqualified as a chartered accountant.
In 2005 he obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Tax Law published by Wolters Kluwer. He collaborates with Prof. Mauro Beghin, ordinary professor of tax law at the University of Padua, obtaining a publication.
In 2007 he founded Studio Occari & Garbo, a professional association of chartered accountants, auditors and labor consultants. In the same year he became head of regulatory compliance at Banca Padovana Credito Cooperativo.
In 2010 he founded Prima Fiduciaria, a trust, organization and auditing company.
The skills acquired in banking and his innate passion for innovation lead him to patent an electronic purse system for smartphones, with a private electronic money circuit, which will become the 2Pay payment system.
In 2016, he expanded his business horizons beyond national borders. In the UK it founded and developed the Prime Advisory Network of London, a global network of accountants and lawyers specializing in international taxation, present in over 60 countries and with more than 280 member firms.
Studio Occari & Garbo expanded as well, opening subsidiaries abroad, in the United Kingdom and Albania.
Convinced of the importance of continuing education, in 2020 he obtains a Master's degree at the 24 Ore Spa Business School, in Protection Transmission and Management of Family Assets.
In 2021, together with his friend Enrico Sozzari, he started a new adventure, called Moorsimply.

Moorsimply si fonda su un modello di business che permette a chi crede nel progetto di entrare nel capitale sociale acquistando azioni privilegiate per diventare protagonista di questa avventura.
Moorsimply rientra nel programma incentivi con detrazione fiscale del 50% ex. DL 19 maggio 2020 n. 34 (il “Decreto Rilancio”, in vigore dal 19 maggio 2020, convertito con modifiche con legge numero 77 del 17 luglio 2020).
L’articolo 14 del decreto approvato il 20 maggio prevede per gli investitori privati l’esenzione dalle imposte sui redditi delle plusvalenze da cessione di partecipazioni in startup e PMI innovative.
